B\u011bhem krize je norm\u00e1ln\u00ed c\u00edtit se smutn\u00fd, ve stresu, zmaten\u00fd, vyd\u011b\u0161en\u00fd nebo rozzloben\u00fd. Pomoci m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost popov\u00eddat si s\u00a0lidmi, kter\u00fdm v\u011b\u0159\u00edte.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem nov\u011b nastal\u00fdch vl\u00e1dn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed byl zaznamen\u00e1n n\u00e1r\u016fst v\u00fdskytu stavu \u00fazkost\u00ed. Vznikl\u00e1 situace m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm osoby, kter\u00e9 se ji\u017e p\u0159ed t\u00edmto stavem \u0161patn\u011b vyrovn\u00e1vali se stresem nebo maj\u00ed predispozice na hor\u0161\u00ed reakce na stres. Je pot\u0159eba kl\u00e1st d\u016fraz na prevenci proti pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed strachu a stresu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stres je reakce na ohro\u017een\u00ed a s t\u00edm souvis\u00ed i pocity \u00fazkosti. Tyto pocity vych\u00e1z\u00ed z nejistoty a z nezn\u00e1m\u00e9ho. Covid 19 je nov\u00fd virus, kter\u00fd nezn\u00e1me a p\u0159irozen\u011b se tak objevuj\u00ed tyto pocity. Strach mohou vyvol\u00e1vat i nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 informace a f\u00e1my. Fakta toti\u017e minimalizuj\u00ed strach. Tyto fakta mohou b\u00fdt z\u00edskan\u00e1 z d\u016fv\u011bryhodn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad lok\u00e1ln\u00edch ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch zdravotnick\u00fdch organizac\u00ed \u010di jin\u00fdch odborn\u00fdch instituc\u00ed, v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jde o St\u00e1tn\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed \u00fastav, hygienick\u00e9 stanice, Ministerstvo zdravotnictv\u00ed, Sv\u011btovou zdravotnickou organizaci, Evropsk\u00e9 st\u0159edisko pro prevenci a kontrolu nemoc\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak zvl\u00e1dat dom\u00e1c\u00ed karant\u00e9nu?<\/strong><br>B\u00fdt v n\u011bjak\u00e9 form\u011b izolace nebo v karant\u00e9n\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt hodn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 zku\u0161enost. Je spousta zp\u016fsob\u016f sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed stresu, jako je t\u0159eba relaxace \u010di meditace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak pomoci sv\u00fdm nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edm?<\/strong><br>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je zejm\u00e9na, aby m\u011bli dostate\u010dn\u00e1 a spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 fakta a aby se jim prezentovala v jasn\u00e9 form\u011b. M\u011bla by se jim d\u00e1t jasn\u00e1 informace o tom, jak se chr\u00e1nit, aby tomu porozum\u011bli a aby to dodr\u017eeli. Jak u d\u011bt\u00ed, tak i u senior\u016f je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 dodr\u017eet z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pravidla jako je dostatek sp\u00e1nku, vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 stravy, fyzick\u00e9 a ment\u00e1ln\u00ed aktivity. U osob s kognitivn\u00edmi poruchami nebo demenc\u00ed by se m\u011bl kl\u00e1st je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u016fraz na zp\u016fsob p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00ed informace. Je t\u0159eba jim informaci opakovat, p\u0159ed\u00e1vat ji jasn\u011b a vyu\u017e\u00edvat vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed pom\u016fcky, nap\u0159. obr\u00e1zky. Je to n\u011bco, co m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit stres u star\u0161\u00edch osob.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se vyrovnat s t\u00edm, \u017ee je m\u016fj test pozitivn\u00ed?<\/strong><br>Je nutn\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee nenesete odpov\u011bdnost, za to, \u017ee jste onemocn\u011bli a  ani nezodpov\u00edd\u00e1te za to, jak na v\u00e1s ostatn\u00ed lidi reaguj\u00ed.
