M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed prob\u00edhalo kontinu\u00e1ln\u011b od 4.4.2022 (12:54) do 11.4.2022 (11:13).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Podrobnosti, grafy, tabulky, fotografie viz p\u0159ilo\u017een\u00fd soubor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Popis m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed dopravn\u011b-in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00fdch dat bylo provedeno radarov\u00fdm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm SIERZEGA, kter\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje zhotovit ni\u010d\u00edm neovlivn\u011bnou, p\u0159esnou a jednoduchou anal\u00fdzu silni\u010dn\u00edho provozu. D\u00edky sv\u00fdm nen\u00e1padn\u00fdm rozm\u011br\u016fm zachyt\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstroj ka\u017ed\u00e9 vozidlo, ani\u017e by ovlivnil plynulost silni\u010dn\u00edho provozu. \u00dadaj o rychlosti ka\u017ed\u00e9ho vozidla je spolu s jeho d\u00e9lkou, bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edm odstupem od p\u0159edchoz\u00edho vozidla, datem a \u010dasem ulo\u017een do pam\u011bti. Pomoc\u00ed dvou bateri\u00ed (jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed dod\u00e1vky) je p\u0159\u00edstroj nap\u00e1jen zhruba po 2 t\u00fddny, b\u011bhem nich\u017e je schopen zaznamenat a\u017e 430 tis\u00edc vozidel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed m\u011b\u0159\u00ed nejen rychlost, ale dok\u00e1\u017ee zaznamenat intenzity v obou j\u00edzdn\u00edch pruz\u00edch a jednotliv\u00e1 vozidla dok\u00e1\u017ee za\u0159adit do 4 kategori\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jednostop\u00e1 vozidla<\/li><li>Osobn\u00ed automobily<\/li><li>N\u00e1kladn\u00ed automobily<\/li><li>N\u00e1kladn\u00ed automobily s vlekem nebo n\u00e1v\u011bsem<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed rychlosti je prim\u00e1rn\u011b vyhodnocov\u00e1n kvantil V85. Kvantil 85 % znamen\u00e1, \u017ee 85 % nam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch hodnot je ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch nebo rovno t\u00e9to hodnot\u011b. Posuzov\u00e1n\u00edm kvantilu V85 se neuva\u017euj\u00ed z\u00e1znamy s extr\u00e9mn\u00edmi hodnotami, kter\u00e9 mohou v\u00fdrazn\u011b ovlivnit pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 hodnoty rychlosti, jedn\u00e1 se zejm\u00e9na o cyklisty, vozidla s extr\u00e9mn\u011b n\u00edzkou rychlost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad poj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed v kolon\u011b nebo maj\u00ed ve sv\u00e9m pruhu p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vymezen\u00ed z\u00e1jmov\u00e9ho \u00fazem\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed dopravn\u011b in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00fdch dat prob\u011bhlo na v\u00fdjezdu z obce ve sm\u011bru Otrokovice, viz mapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdsledky m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u011bhem m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v \u010dasov\u00e9m \u00faseku od 4.4.2022 (12:54) do 11.4.2022 (11:13) projelo ve zkouman\u00e9m profilu celkem 12 240 vozidel v obou sm\u011brech z nich\u017e bylo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>235 jednostop\u00fdch<\/li><li>11 204 osobn\u00edch<\/li><li>729 n\u00e1kladn\u00edch<\/li><li>72 n\u00e1kladn\u00edch s vlekem<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch histogramech jsou patrn\u00e9 \u010detnosti rychlost\u00ed proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch vozidel. Nejv\u00edce vozidel proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011blo v intervalu od 46-50 km\/h- cca 2950x, d\u00e1le pak v intervalu 51-55 km\/h- cca 2600x, v intervalu 56-60 km\/h projelo cca 2000 vozidel. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch rychlost\u00ed bylo nam\u011b\u0159eno tak\u00e9, a to v intervalu 61-65 km\/h- cca 1200x, 66-70 km\/h- cca 500x.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obecn\u011b ze statistiky vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee povolen\u00e1 rychlost byla p\u0159ekro\u010dena v 53 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnoty rychlosti v m\u011b\u0159en\u00e9m \u00faseku jsou 87 km\/h ve sm\u011bru do Otrokovic a 107 km\/h ve sm\u011bru do obce. Oba maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1znamy byly nam\u011b\u0159eny na osobn\u00edm vozidle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010cetnost jednotliv\u00fdch kategori\u00ed v pr\u016fb\u011bhu dne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dal\u0161\u00ed monitorovan\u00fdm parametrem byla \u010detnost jednotliv\u00fdch kategori\u00ed v pr\u016fb\u011bhu dne. M\u011b\u0159en\u00edm bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1rust dopravy, je mezi 4:30 \u2013 8:30 a pak odpoledne mezi 12:00 a 17:30. Jedn\u00e1 se pak o zejm\u00e9na osobn\u00ed automobily. V druh\u00e9m diagramu je pak z\u00e1znam jednotliv\u00fdch kategori\u00ed v pr\u016fb\u011bhu cel\u00e9ho  sledovan\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed, filtrov\u00e1no po jednotliv\u00fdch dnech. Zde je patrn\u00e9, \u017ee doprava z\u00e1sadn\u011b polevuje o v\u00edkendu, a to jak osobn\u00edch vozidel, tak i n\u00e1kladn\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z proveden\u00e9ho m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed skute\u010dnosti. U m\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho profilu doch\u00e1z\u00ed k p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed povolen\u00e9 rychlosti na \u00farovni 53%. Vzhledem k um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed bl\u00edzk\u00e9 zast\u00e1vky autobusu a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu pohybu chodc\u016f je p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed rychlosti a z\u00e1chytu maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 rychlosti vozidel sign\u00e1lem pro preventivn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tak\u00e9 byl zachycen vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdskyt n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel, a to v zastoupen\u00ed celkem 6,6%, co\u017e m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed vliv na stav vozovky v obci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pro omezen\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravy doporu\u010dujeme, dle mo\u017enost\u00ed, omezen\u00ed ton\u00e1\u017ee proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch vozidel, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b nasm\u011brov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel na obj\u00edzdnou trasou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>P\u0159edm\u011btem d\u00edla je zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed dopravn\u00edho pr\u016fzkumu-m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed rychlosti a intenzit automobilov\u00e9 dopravy na vybran\u00e9m profilu v obci za pomoci automatick\u00e9ho radarov\u00e9ho m\u011b\u0159i\u010de Sierzega SR4.
