Tla\u010denka, klob\u00e1sy, s\u00fdr, okurky, pe\u010den\u00e9 a va\u0159en\u00e9 maso, aby bylo \u010d\u00edm alkohol proj\u00eddat. A\u00a0hlavn\u011b: osmdes\u00e1t lahv\u00ed se slivovic\u00ed, ozna\u010den\u00fdch jen startovn\u00edm \u010d\u00edslem. Tak byl p\u0159ipraven\u00fd prostor restaurace v\u00a0B\u011blov\u011b na Otrokovicku, kde se v\u00a0sobotu konal tradi\u010dn\u00ed ko\u0161t slivovice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pro jistotu jsem se odhodlal kv\u016fli mo\u017enosti nez\u00e1visl\u00e9ho pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u016fstat pro tento ve\u010der abstinentem. Nebyl jsem si toti\u017e jist\u00fd, zda se po mnoha vypit\u00fdch vzorc\u00edch slivovice d\u00e1 napsat report\u00e1\u017e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201ePoj\u010fte, najdu v\u00e1m m\u00edsto,\u201c v\u00edt\u00e1 m\u011b duchovn\u00ed otec a hlavn\u00ed organiz\u00e1tor tradi\u010dn\u00ed b\u011blovsk\u00e9 akce Rostislav Galat\u00edk. Jsem s\u00a0n\u00edm domluven\u00fd p\u0159edem. Jinak bych volnou \u017eidli v\u00a0s\u00e1le na\u0161el t\u011b\u017eko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mastn\u00e9 si d\u00e1me<\/strong><br>Ko\u0161t za\u010d\u00ednal p\u0159ed lety v\u00a0asi t\u0159iceti lidech s\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00fdmi dvaceti vzorky slivovice u\u00a0jednoho stolu, se od t\u00e9 doby hodn\u011b rozrostl. Sj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed se na n\u011bj lid\u00e9 z\u00a0bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho i\u00a0vzd\u00e1len\u00e9ho okol\u00ed. Asi stot\u0159icetihlav\u00fd dav se kolem 16\u00a0hodiny rychle souk\u00e1 do prostor restaurace, sotva jde proj\u00edt. Odkl\u00e1d\u00e1me kab\u00e1ty a used\u00e1me na m\u00edsto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eMastn\u00e9 si d\u00e1me,\u201c sly\u0161\u00edm od soused\u016f u\u00a0na\u0161eho stolu, jak se chystaj\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed roznosem prvn\u00edch slivovic. V\u0161ichni u\u00a0na\u0161eho stolu maj\u00ed p\u0159ed sebou modr\u00e9 stu\u017eky, a tak\u00e9 pap\u00edry pro hodnocen\u00ed jsou modr\u00e9. Dal\u0161\u00ed jsou zase vybaveni pom\u016fckami v\u00a0barv\u011b \u017elut\u00e1, \u010derven\u00e1 \u010di zelen\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ko\u0161t zahajuje a v\u0161ichni se dov\u00eddaj\u00ed, pro\u010d. \u201eJsou \u010dty\u0159i skupiny. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 hodnot\u00ed \u010dtvrtinu sout\u011b\u017en\u00edch p\u00e1lenek. Do fin\u00e1le postoup\u00ed z\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9 skupiny t\u0159i nejlep\u0161\u00ed a jeden nejhor\u0161\u00ed vzorek,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Galat\u00edk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zat\u00edmco m\u00ed spolused\u00edc\u00ed se pou\u0161t\u00ed do zkou\u0161en\u00ed slivovic, objedn\u00e1v\u00e1m si nealkopivo. \u201eNepij, \u0159\u00edd\u00ed\u0161,\u201c dob\u00edr\u00e1 si m\u011b jeden z\u00a0mu\u017e\u016f u\u00a0stolu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mezi stoly za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed proch\u00e1zet \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 se ujaly role serv\u00edrek. \u201eToto je \u010dtrn\u00e1ctka,\u201c hl\u00e1s\u00ed jedna z\u00a0nich. \u201eVzorek \u010d\u00edslo deset,\u201c informuje jin\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed hosty. Testov\u00e1n\u00ed za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po\u010dtvrt\u00e9 u\u017e je tu Zden\u011bk V\u00e1lek ze Zl\u00edna. \u201eVloni jsem skon\u010dil dokonce druh\u00fd. Ne \u017ee bych svoji slivovici poznal, ale ohodnotil jsem ji, jak jsem si pak podle v\u00fdsledk\u016f dohledal, velice dob\u0159e,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eTo se ned\u00e1, dobr\u00e1 se pozn\u00e1 v\u017edycky,\u201c p\u0159izvukuje dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00a0mu\u017e\u016f u\u00a0stolu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serv\u00edrky maj\u00ed co d\u011blat, aby rychle nal\u00e9valy degust\u00e1tor\u016fm \u0161tamprlky. \u201eJe tu hodn\u011b lid\u00ed, tak\u017ee se mus\u00edme celkem oh\u00e1n\u011bt. V\u0161ichni ale cht\u011bj\u00ed nal\u00edvat sp\u00ed\u0161 m\u00ed\u0148, aby dlouho vydr\u017eeli. Chod\u00ed n\u00e1s osm. Ob\u010das se i rozlije, ale jen kapka,\u201c tvrd\u00ed obsluhuj\u00edc\u00ed Lenka Da\u0148kov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eV\u0161eci si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee na ko\u0161tu se d\u00e1 op\u00edt, ale b\u011bhem ko\u0161tu ne. Pak a\u017e se dop\u00edj\u00ed zbytky vzork\u016f a je voln\u00fd program, tak to pravda u\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch dopad\u00e1 jinak,\u201c dopl\u0148uje ji po\u0159adatel Galat\u00edk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podle starosty Ji\u0159\u00edho P\u0159ececht\u011bla je tradi\u010dn\u00ed ko\u0161t .velkou spole\u010denskou ud\u00e1lost\u00ed. \u201eSejde se v\u017edycky spousta lid\u00ed. Pro obec to hodn\u011b znamen\u00e1,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00e1m se do ko\u0161tu, kter\u00fd obce podporuje, zapojil od za\u010d\u00e1tku. \u201eNa prvn\u00edm ro\u010dn\u00edku tu bylo jen t\u0159icet lid\u00ed a patn\u00e1ct vzork\u016f. To se ned\u00e1 srovnat,\u201c dodal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na ko\u0161t dorazila i\u00a0Ren\u00e9 Slav\u00edkov\u00e1 ze \u017dlutavy. \u201eTaky u\u00a0n\u00e1s m\u00edv\u00e1me ko\u0161t, ale tady je to je\u0161t\u011b poveden\u011bj\u0161\u00ed,\u201c pochvaluje si b\u011bhem hodnocen\u00ed vzork\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>T\u0159etina \u017een, zbytek chlapi<\/strong><br>Degust\u00e1torek je v\u00a0s\u00e1le tak t\u0159etina, zbytek jsou mu\u017ei. \u201eSlivovi\u010dka je tu chutn\u00e1. Man\u017eel dal i\u00a0n\u00e1\u0161 vzorek, tak jsem zv\u011bdav\u00e1, jak dopadneme,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Slav\u00edkov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z\u00a0nedalek\u00e9 Nov\u00e9 D\u011bdiny dorazila Bohunka Br\u00e1zdilov\u00e1. Ta mi ale ud\u011blala radost, proto\u017ee abstinuje, jako j\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eV\u016fbec nepiju, jsem toti\u017e tady jako \u0159idi\u010dka, dovezla jsem ostatn\u00ed. Ale budu se bavit i\u00a0bez toho. Ko\u0161tuju taky, ale to dobr\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, kter\u00e9 tu nachystali,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 spokojen\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed narozd\u00edl od n\u00e1s dvou vzorky zkou\u0161\u00ed, \u010dasto v\u00a0kombinaci s\u00a0v\u00ednem \u010di pivem, za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed b\u00fdt postupn\u011b p\u0159eci jen m\u00edrn\u011b rozja\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z\u00a0ochutn\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch do sebe l\u00e1mou \u0161tamprle s\u00a0velk\u00fdm gustem a rychlost\u00ed a m\u00e1m dojem, \u017ee p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 u\u017e i\u00a0t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed si nechaj\u00ed nal\u00e9vat rozhodn\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e jen na dno. \u201eJe d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 to tam po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b kopnout,\u201c vysv\u011btluje sv\u016fj z\u00e1klon p\u0159i konzumaci slivovice p\u00e1n sed\u00edc\u00ed opod\u00e1l. Pr\u00fd je to nutn\u00e9, aby se lihovina dostala dob\u0159e na v\u0161echny chu\u0165ov\u00e9 poh\u00e1rky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eLetos mi p\u0159ipad\u00e1 v\u00a0pozad\u00ed takov\u00e1 slad\u0161\u00ed,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00a0m\u00edstn\u00edch Milan Hladil. \u201eJe to asi dvacet vzork\u016f, tak\u017ee se mus\u00ed d\u00e1vat jen trochu, jinak by byl drak. Prop\u00edj\u00edm vodou, abych m\u011bl \u010distou chu\u0165, mus\u00ed se ale proj\u00eddat s\u00fdrem,\u201c p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017el sv\u016fj recept na spr\u00e1vnou degustaci Hladil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mezi hodnocen\u00edm jsou i\u00a0pauzy a lid\u00e9 debatuj\u00ed o\u00a0slivovici i\u00a0o\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch v\u011bcech. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed zase zam\u00ed\u017e\u00ed na toaletu \u010di jsi jsou zap\u00e1lit. A\u00a0jsou tu dal\u0161\u00ed vzorky\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201ePo t\u011bch mal\u00fdch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch to tro\u0161ku stoup\u00e1 do hlavy,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 mi kolegyn\u011b u\u00a0stolu Anna Novotn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se sedm\u00e1 hodiny a porota hodnot\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st a \u010dek\u00e1 se na fin\u00e1le. Mezit\u00edm se serv\u00edruje \u010derstv\u011b uva\u0159en\u00e9 maso p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 v\u00a0poln\u00ed kuchyni p\u0159ed restaurac\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fin\u00e1le za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1, a serv\u00edrky znovu rozn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed vzorky. Polovina stol\u016f te\u010f hodnot\u00ed prvn\u00edch osm postupuj\u00edc\u00edch, druh\u00e1 zbytek. Mezit\u00edm proch\u00e1z\u00ed po\u0159adatel Galat\u00edk po s\u00e1le se slepeckou b\u00edlou hol\u00ed a \u010dern\u00fdmi br\u00fdlemi v\u00a0ruce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eTo je va\u0161e velikost, ty br\u00fdle, ne,\u201c popichuje p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed dali do sout\u011b\u017ee sv\u016fj vzorek p\u00e1lenky. \u201eTo je cena pro posledn\u00edho. Takov\u00e9 varov\u00e1n\u00ed, jak se d\u00e1 po \u0161padn\u00e9 p\u00e1lence dopadnout,\u201c vysv\u011btluje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>E\u00e9\u00e9, brrr, ne ka\u017ed\u00e1 je dobr\u00e1<\/strong><br>\u017de jsou ve fin\u00e1le krom\u011b \u0161estn\u00e1cti kvalitn\u00edch slivovic i\u00a0\u010dty\u0159i nejhor\u0161\u00ed, je snadno poznat na ochutn\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201e\u00c9\u00e9\u00e9, brrr,\u201c sly\u0161\u00edm jednoho z\u00a0degust\u00e1tor\u016f u\u00a0sousedn\u00edho stolu. Zk\u0159ivil se mu \u00fasm\u011bv na tv\u00e1\u0159i a hned vyl\u00edv\u00e1 zbytek pan\u00e1ka do pr\u00e1zdn\u00e9ho kel\u00edmku p\u0159ed sebou. Chlap\u00edk vedle n\u011bjd\u011bl\u00e1 to sam\u00e9. Po asi hodin\u011b fin\u00e1lov\u00e9ho hodnocen\u00ed je hotovo. A\u00a0jak to dopadlo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nejhor\u0161\u00ed p\u00e1lenku m\u011bl Alois Dan\u011bk, nejlep\u0161\u00ed Vlastislav Kozojed z\u00a0B\u011blova. \u201eJsem \u0161\u0165astn\u00fd, \u017ee jsme to po asi \u010dty\u0159ech letech ostatn\u00edm obc\u00edm kone\u010dn\u011b nat\u0159eli po asi \u010dty\u0159ech letech,\u201c sv\u011b\u0159il se Kozojed. \u201eHlavn\u00ed je ned\u00e1vat do kvasu \u0161patn\u00e9 \u0161vestky a sb\u00edrat je s\u00a0l\u00e1skou. Ur\u010dit\u011b jde i\u00a0o\u00a0p\u00e1lenici, j\u00e1 p\u00e1lil v\u00a0Kvasic\u00edch,\u201c vysv\u011btluje \u010derstv\u00fd dr\u017eitel keramick\u00e9ho tal\u00ed\u0159e, kter\u00fd byl hlavn\u00ed cenou pro v\u00edt\u011bze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hlavn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st programu kon\u010d\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed tu rozhodn\u011b nen\u00ed opil\u00e1. Ot\u00e1zka je, jak jim bude r\u00e1no, pokud budou v\u00a0z\u00e1bav\u011b a konzumaci pokra\u010dovat.
